One of the more popular spots in Jordan Lake State Recreation Area, Vista Point is full of amenities to entertain visitors. 

Starting with its private beaches, Vista Point spares no expense and includes with sand volleball courts, picnic tables and shelters (fireplace, electricity and charcoal grills included), hiking trails, showers and restrooms. The shore line features gorgeous exposed tree roots and pondweed that flourishes with the tide.

The boat launch has 2 platforms and 3 launch ramps. Visitors can sail or go windsurfing just off Vista Point (not jet skis or swimming on the sailboat launching point for safety reasons).

The main parking lot includes an open grassy area for a picnic as well as an Osprey tower to watch some birds. There is also a secluded cove beach for picnicking featuring a view of eastern Jordan Lake shore.
